Digitizing Wages in Garment Factories

Kim Leng is one of the thousands of workers employed in the garment industry in Cambodia. Recently her factory adopted digital wages revolutionizing the way she receives and manages her salary.

This video, commissioned by ILO/Better Factories Cambodia, illustrates both the challenges and advantages of a responsible transition to digital wage payment in the garment industry.
